Research of the problem of staff turnover in the agricultural sector as a way to reduce personnel risks

Abstract: Taking into account that ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural organizations is directly determined by the quality characteristics of personnel as a system of formed professional competencies with minimal risks of changes in quantitative characteristics, it is particularly important to reduce personnel risks and staff turnover in the agricultural sector.
