Research on Automatic Test of Rulestream Function Based on IBM RFT

Abstract

Abstract-How to improve the efficiency of software testing to ensure software quality and thus shorten the period of the software development, has become a very urgent task needing to handle. On the basis of the study of automated testing technology, and combined with the existed software system, this paper employs Rational Functional Tester (RFT) as the automatic software test platform. Application results show the automatic software test technique proposed in this paper greatly reduce the test cost, increase the test efficiency, and shorten the software development period obviously.
