Abstract:A novel method for the additive manufacturing was proposed to fabricate Ni-WC coating. The laser power and scanning speed were 1400 W and 200 mm/min-1, respectively. The microstructure, composition, hardness, friction properties and corrosion resistance were analyzed. The experimental results exhibit the coating’s average hardness is 614.3 HV0.5.
