Abstract:In recent years, InGaAs/InP Negative Feedback Avalanche Diodes (NFAD), as a new type of high-sensitivity all-solid- state semiconductor device based on the structure of Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD), integrates a quenching resistor on the SPAD chip.
