Research on Measurement and Application of China’s Regional Logistics Development Level under Low Carbon Environment

Abstract: To solve the problem of fuzziness and randomness in regional logistics decarbonization evaluation and accurately assess regional logistics decarbonization development, an evaluation model of regional logistics decarbonization development is established. First, the evaluation index of regional logistics decarbonization development is constructed from three dimensions: low-carbon logistics environment support, low-carbon logistics strength and low-carbon logistics potential. Second, the evaluation indexes are us… Show more

“…The above figure further confirms the uneven structure of low-carbon logistics efficiency among the three regions, with Tianjin performing the best, followed by Hebei, and Beijing relatively poorer. This result is consistent with the study of Guo et al and Zhao et al [ 7 , 69 ]. Specifically, the low-carbon logistics industry efficiencies over the past decade in Tianjin all fall into the “dual-high type”, and the pure technical efficiency is slightly higher than the scale efficiency.…”

“…Well-developed logistics infrastructure and convenient transportation networks are essential for meeting the logistics development needs of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and enhancing the comprehensive logistics capability of the entire region. Accordingly, this paper selects three indicators to evaluate the regional logistics infrastructure: total road mileage, road network density, and cargo truck ownership [ 26 , 32 ].…”

“…[4] and Guo Z. X. [5] sees logistics quality development Large regional differences exist. Gan et al [6] constructed evaluation indicators of green logistics efficiency, based on the five development concepts of economy and society advocated by the Chinese government, namely "innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing", and analyzed the evolutionary characteristics of the high-quality development of green logistics efficiency in Jiangxi Province, China.…”
