Rural tourism has become an important force in implementing the rural revitalisation strategy and accelerating rural economic development. The hectic pace of life has made more and more city dwellers yearn for rural life, and travelling in the countryside has become their weekend choice. However, the current level of rural tourism informationization is low, the publicity is insufficient, the tourists’ awareness is low, and the source of customers is seriously insufficient. To this end, this paper proposes a relatively novel multidata source fusion tourism recommendation algorithm, which adopts the idea of tensor orthogonal decomposition and fuses multisource data models to predict the target domain’s for rating. The integrated consideration of multiple data sources under the do-it-yourself approach assists the target domain to discover the target user neighbourhood users more quickly and to discover the user’s interest degree more accurately. It is worth pointing out that the recommendation algorithm proposed in this paper under the fusion of multiple data sources is not necessarily applicable to data sources with weak correlation, such as travel data sources and music data sources, which are relatively weakly correlated, and the algorithm is slightly weak in making predictions of user preferences.

As a product of the tourism performing arts industry in culture–tourism integration development, to develop a featured culture–tourism town is a new trend for tourism development in the new era. To analyze the social benefit of the culture–tourism industry, in this study, an artificial intelligence model for social benefit evaluation is constructed based on backpropagation (BP) neural network and fuzzy comprehensive analysis, with Yiyang Town taken as an example. The criterion layer in the model includes three indexes (life benefit G1, environmental benefit G2, and economic benefit G3), and the index layer contains 11 indexes (H1–H11). The weight values of cultural inheritance and protection, ecological environment improvement, and commercial economy development to the social benefit of the town are 0.522, 0.570, and 0.424, respectively. For G1, 41.20% is excellent; for G2, 39.5% is excellent; and for G3, 40.5% is good. In general, 30.76% of the total social benefit is excellent, with 37.69% being good, 21.48% being qualified, and 10.07% being unqualified. It is inferred that the total social benefit level of Yiyang Town is good according to the constructed model. Therefore, the culture inheritance and protection, the ecological environment improvement, and the commercial economy development are the key evaluation factors of social benefit.

Food security concerns people’s livelihood. Under the background of urban-rural integrated development and accelerated rural revitalization, high-quality grain production is the foundation of agricultural modernization, and grain industrialization is the only way to realize agricultural modernization. How to produce high-quality food has been widely concerned. The goal of this paper is to establish the modernization of the entire industrial chain of food production, laying a foundation for comprehensive revitalization for the high-quality development of the food industry and the realization of food industrialization. From the perspective of rural revitalization, the high-quality development model of China’s grain industry is studied. This paper gives new progress and new achievements in the high-quality grain development model, which requires a more precise and internally driven policy support system. The high quality of the food industry will help to improve the level of food industrialization, expand the economy of the food industry, accelerate the process of agricultural modernization, and ultimately realize rural revitalization and an all-round well-off society in rural areas.
