Abstract:Because of its advantages of continuous input and output currents, stable transfer function, and high efficiency, the Weinberg converter is used as battery discharge regulator. Its working principle under overlap and nonoverlap modes with stray parameters is analyzed. Then a design method is proposed to optimize the parameters.
