Abstract:This series of nine articles (three original articles, six reviews) is presented by international leaders in biliary tract cancers (BTC). BTCs are a rare but heterogeneous group of malignancies with dismal overall prognosis and comprised of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), extrahepatic CCA, and gallbladder cancer (GBC).
