“…The core of the accelerated aging test is the identification of the acceleration factor (also called translation factor). So far, most of the accelerated aging life predictions still use the traditional data processing method, i.e., fitting the aging data at different temperatures to obtain the aging life at each temperature and then extrapolating the aging life at the target temperature [ 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 ].
