Abstract:Repulsive guidance molecule b (RGMb) is a member of RGM family, which is structurally composed of an N-terminal signal peptide, a vWFD domain and a C-peptide. RGMb is widely expressed in different systems in order to regulate various physiological and pathophysiological processes.
