Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Premature Ovarian Failure: A Review

Abstract: Premature ovarian failure (POF) causes tremendous physical and psychological health problems in women worldwide. Many important scientific studies have shown that the pathogenesis of POF may be related to reproductive endocrine hormone levels, granulosa cell apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, immune function, related signalling pathways, genes, and enzyme deficiencies.
