et al.

Abstract: To create competitive wheat varieties, it is essential to make active use of the world's diversity of genetic resources. The study aims to test the genetic resources of spring soft wheat for resistance to rust diseases. A spring soft wheat collection consisting of 206 samples, was studied in 2020-2022 for resistance to leaf and stem rust, as well as for a complex of valuable agronomic traits. The results of the study identify 13 samples resistant to brown rust and stem rust. The variety Weebill 1 (Mexico) had … Show more

“…A high degree of synanthropization indicates the incompleteness of the restoration processes of meadow and steppe communities characteristic of this climatic zone (Babkenov et al, 2023). The observed processes of vegetation cover formation reflect the most probable type of uranium mine waste dump colonization at low levels of radiation background.…”

“…The effect of nitrogen fertilizers applied during grain formation on the amount of protein and gluten in grain depends on the amount of moisture in the surface 0-20 cm layer of the soil [13]. When the moisture content is low (NS-25 %) or high (80 %), feeding does not have the expected effect [14][15][16].…”
