Resonance Coupling in Si@WS2Core-Ω Shell Nanostructure

Abstract: Realizing strong laser–matter interaction in a heterostructure consisting of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) and an optical nanocavity is a potential strategy for novel photonic devices.
