“…The piezoelectric galvanometer in this study uses film with isotropic stretching characteristics to minimize the effects of boundary tension on frequency. Under these conditions, numerical analysis can be used directly for the analysis of models under boundary-free conditions, because the small tension (∼40 N m −1 ) is neglected [29]. FEM results is similar to the previous study for piezoelectric disk under free boundary condition [30].…”

“…Despite their equal thickness (25 μm), the total SPL of the flat PI and three PIs with different micropatterns showed a difference of up to 15 dBA. It is determined that the above results shown by the change in the maximum displacement and resonant frequency change according to eqs –, and they are consistent with the change in thickness and mass reduction compared to the flat PI case. We calculated the Eigen mode of different diaphragms with/without micropatterns by referring ,, to the method in which the maximum displacement is determined according to the Eigen mode and frequency of the thin actuator, and thus, the maximum sound pressure level is generated. Comparing Figure b–f and Table S-2, it can be confirmed that the natural frequency and the maximum displacement of the thin film according to mode 1 (0,1) are consistent with the actual experimental values.…”

“…Particularly, this system comprised multilayered membranes, and the end of the substrate was fixed. Thus, eq was modified into eq for accurate resonant frequency analysis and vibration mode analysis ,, f mn = β mn π D N ρ total · t total …”

“…It should be noted that the decrease of SPL amplitude at 90°and 270°is due to the clamping frame. The performance of ET as a loudspeaker is compared with reported loudspeakers in Table S1 (Sup-porting Information), [4,[33][34][35][47][48][49][50][51] showing an advantage in high sensitivity of sound generation and textile integration capability.…”
