“…[43][44] Takođe, ispitivano je i dobijanje Si-HA i Si-α-TCP reakcijama u čvrstom stanju i hidrotermalnim postupkom. 37 Materijali se uobičajeno sinteruju na temperaturama između 800 i 1200 o C. Za razliku od HA, α-TCP se ne dobija taloženjem iz vodenih rastvora nego reakcijama dekompozicije na temperaturama koje prelaze 700 o C. 7 Kalcijum deficitarni HA ili amorfni kalcijum-fosfatni materijali sa odnosom kalcijuma i fosfora između 1,50 i 167 se razlažu na β-TCP ili ostaju u formi bifaznog sistema β-TCP i HA sinterovanjem na temperaturama između 700 i 1250 o C. 7 Takođe, utvrđeno je da prisustvo silicijuma stabilizuje α-TCP fazu, koja se formira na nižim temperaturama od 700 o C. 43,44 U slučaju da je koncentracijom silicijuma ispod granične vrednost, jednofazni supstituisani oblici HA i α-TCP imaju iste kristalografske prostorne grupe kao njihovi stehiometrijski analozi, uz izmenjene karakterističnih parametara kristalne rešetke koje se dešavaju uvođenjem silicijuma. 30,44,47,49 Različite mešavine faza Si-HA, α-i β-TCP, Si-α-TCP, kao i druge faze, poput silikokarnotita i amorfnih jedinjenja, nastaju u zavisnosti od temperature sinterovanja, Ca/P i Ca/(P+Si) odnosa u sistemu, kao i od količine dodatog silicijuma.…”
