Abstract:Quality of service (QoS) aware resource allocation for the uplink of a decode-and-forward relay assisted Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) based cellular system is investigated. Incorporating relays in the system improves the cell-edge coverage and the system throughput.
