Abstract:We formulate the resource allocation problem of maximizing throughput in an OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) downlink network where the BS (Base Station) adapts the power allocation according to non-causal (offline) knowledge of the harvested energy and channel state.
