Response Rates to Methylnaltrexone in Hospitalized Cancer Patients

Abstract: Context: Methylnaltrexone is a peripherally-acting mu-opioid receptor antagonist studied in both cancer and non-cancer patients with opioid-induced constipation (OIC), but mostly in the outpatient setting.
