Abstract:Objective: To investigate the altered brain spontaneous activity in acute angle-closure glaucoma (AACG) using resting-state amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF).Methods: Eighteen AACG patients and eighteen age, gender-matched healthy controls (HC) were included in the rs-fMRI scans.
