Abstract:Restriction enzyme mediated integration (REMI) transgenesis and lentiviral transgenesis are effective methods of introducing transgenes into the genome of frogs. One aquatic amphibian species, Xenopus laevis, and one land dwelling species, Litoria caerulea, were chosen as subjects for transgenesis.
