The dimensions we selected (a spherical field with a diameter of 5 cm within a larger 15 × 15 × 15 cm water phantom) are consistent with those used in previous studies aimed at evaluating radiation dose distributions and interactions within a homogeneous medium [ 34 , [35] , [36] , [37] ].
