With the development of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field, clinical trials using artificial intelligence as an intervention method are constantly emerging. This article mainly introduces the intervention of artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence on the rehabilitation of athletes’ muscle strains. Among them, artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence are a brand-new nursing intervention method. This article compares conventional rehabilitation therapy with these two new types of intelligent interventions to explore the effects of artificial intelligence intervention and emotional intelligence intervention in the rehabilitation of athletes. The experimental results show that the average number of muscle restrains under the intervention of artificial intelligence is 4.1 times, the average restrain rate of muscles is 27.7%, and the average recovery degree of athletes is 94.7%. The average SPB score under emotional intelligence intervention was 56 points. Artificial intelligence interventions can enhance rehabilitation through advanced technology, and emotional intelligence interventions can provide emotional support to effectively improve treatment outcomes and quality of life.

With the deepening of the concept of a “global village,” the exchanges between countries in the world are deepening. This has led to ever-closer ties between countries and regions. They are more and more interdependent and mutually restrictive. Internationalization has become an inevitable trend and trend in the development of higher education in the process of globalization. Big data refer to a collection of data whose content cannot be captured, managed, and processed by conventional software tools within a certain period of time, and need to be processed to obtain the required information. Developed countries have developed earlier in the field of education internationalization and have more mature experience, which provides a reference for the development of other countries. This paper aims to study the optimization design of the international talent training model based on the big data system. In this paper, the system analysis method is used for theoretical discussion. It establishes an index system of graduate students’ international talent training mode through AHP, and puts forward a breakthrough for international education in colleges and universities. Internationalized talents refer to high-level talents who have an international awareness and mind, a world-class knowledge structure, a vision and ability reaching an international level, and who are good at seizing opportunities and striving for initiative in global competition. This paper deeply studies the current situation of the international talent training model in colleges and universities, and finds out the deficiencies in the international talent training model. It also optimizes the path for the cultivation and development of international talents, which provides a basis for regional development and cultivation of international talents. The experimental results of this paper show that 20.1% of students believe that international education is to adapt to educational development, 25.4% of students believe that it is mainly to meet the needs of student development, and 62.2% of students believe that college majors lack internationalization characteristics.

To solve a series of pension problems caused by aging, based on the emotional recognition of the Internet of Things, the control method and system research of smart homes are proposed. This article makes a detailed analysis and research on the necessity, feasibility, and how to realize speech emotion recognition technology in smart families, introduces the definition and classification of emotion, and puts forward five main emotions to be recognized in speech emotion recognition based on smart family environment. Then, based on this, it analyses the acquisition methods of emotional speech data. On this premise, this article discusses and analyses the related problems of voice data acquisition in smart homes, such as the voice characteristics and acquisition methods, puts forward three rules for voice text design, and determines the relatively suitable hybrid recording acquisition method applied in a smart home environment. At the same time, the design and establishment process of intelligent family emotional speech database is described in detail. The related problems of feature extraction in speech emotion recognition are studied. Starting from the definition of feature extraction, this article expounds on the necessity of feature extraction in the process of recognition and analyses the characteristics of the speech signals. For the specific environment of the smart family, the speech signal required to be processed needs to be close to the auditory characteristics of the human ears, and the speech signal contains enough information. Finally, the Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient (MFCC) is selected as the feature parameter applied in this article, and the extraction process of MFCC is introduced in detail.
