Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era with the long-term efforts of all the people of China, and China is getting closer and closer to the center of the world, making great contributions to the development of all mankind. China is transforming itself from a regional power to a global power, and the global economic recovery is synchronized with China's prosperity and development. Against the backdrop of the new "one superpower, many strong" scenario, China is strengthening its unique characteristics and international influence. At the same time, China's relationship with the international community is changing, with a growing world power of 1.4 billion people. What role it will play in international affairs, and what impact it will have are questions that require deeper reflection for China's development and diplomacy. Chinese scholars have conducted a lot of research on this issue and achieved milestones, but most of the studies have not addressed the issues of values, sovereignty, and interests. This paper tries to break this situation and enrich the relevant theories by constructing the theoretical and practical strategies of new international relations.
