Abstract:Background: Rodentibacter pneumotropicus and Rodentibacter heylii (formerly known as [Pasteurella pneumotropica]) are pathogens that must be excluded from specific pathogen-free (SPF)-level laboratory animals. Currently, the isolated culture is troublesome.
