[Retracted] Neural Network Optimal Routing Algorithm Based on Genetic Ant Colony in IPv6 Environment

Abstract: The traditional IPv6 routing algorithm has problems such as network congestion, excessive energy consumption of nodes, and shortening the life cycle of the network.
