Abstract: Aim: Bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) leads to bladder wall remodeling accompanying the progression from inflammation to fibrosis where pathological hydrostatic pressure (HP)-induced alteration of bladder smooth muscle cells (BSMCs) hypertrophic and excessive extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition play a pivotal role.
