<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>A rare case is presented concerning retroperitoneal hemorrhage in a 28-year-old patient after a cold knife conization and cervical suture reconstruction. Arteriovenous cervicoisthmic malformation is a risk factor that was identified in a hysterectomy sample.</jats:p>
