Abstract:Retrorectal neoplasms is a rare, heterogeneous group of neoplasms developing in
the retrorectal space. Its rarity makes its management a challenge to the unaware.
Here, the authors present a case of 37-year-old female patient presenting with
anal pain, diagnosed with retrorectal teratoma, which was managed surgically by
posterior approach, the Kraske procedure.
