Abstract:Background: The spectrum of atrioventricular septal defects account for about 7-17% of congenital heart disease, and 25% of them are partial atrioventricular canal defects (2). The repair of partial atrioventricular canal are preferred to be performed when diagnosed and before an operation might interfere with school.
