Revealing Ensemble State Transition Patterns in Multi-Electrode Neuronal Recordings Using Hidden Markov Models

Abstract: In order to harness the computational capacity of dissociated cultured neuronal networks, it is necessary to understand neuronal dynamics and connectivity on a mesoscopic scale.
