Abstract: Objectives The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation (PTSMA) on remodeling in asymptomatic patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and severe left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction.
