Abstract: Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy is an established transient cardiomyopathy found predominately in females with intense emotional and physical strain. It has four notable variants: Apical, Mid-Ventricular, Basal and Focal. Mid Ventricular variant is also referred to as Reverse Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy.
