Abstract: Background: Reversible and multiphasic parenchymal changes in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are exceedingly rare. The authors experienced a case of reversible and multiphasic parenchymal changes in MRI after coil embolization for a ruptured cerebral aneurysm.
