Abstract:This article reviewed the relevant literature on the main active substances and functions of jasmine (Jasminum sambac (L.) Aiton). The results showed that: 1. The main active substances in jasmine are volatile oil, polysaccharides, and flavonoids. Volatile oil is a mixture of large molecules; Polysaccharide is a type of heteropolysaccharide or sugar complex; Flavonoids mostly exist in the form of glycosides and have multiple monomers. 2.
