“… regarding type I allergy to mint‐flavoured toothpaste, CU should be considered in cases of persistent undiagnosed cheilitis, and both prick tests and patch tests should be carried out with suspected products and allergens. The results of IgE‐mediated allergy to mint or menthol include urticaria, rhinitis, asthma, and/or anaphylaxis .
