“…The ionic radii of the B sites increased due to the settlement of the Ce 3+ ions. This augmentation in the ionic radii of the A and B sites reduced the fundamental frequency [ 26 , 33 ]. The peaks with a wave number of 2354 cm −1 were attributed to the presence of carbonyl groups, while the peak at around 2926 cm −1 was ascribed to O-H stretching [ 10 , 11 , 12 , 25 , 34 , 35 ].…”

“…ions to the A-sites; consequently, an equivalent number of Zn 2? ions also transfer from A-sites to B-sites to equalize the strain [48,52,53]. The peaks around 1105 cm -1 are attributed to the Fe-M ferrite system.…”

“…Notably, there was little difference in the intensity and full width at half-maximum (fwhm) of the characteristic diffraction peaks between the BTO-T and the pristine BTO, which demonstrates that the NaBH 4 reduction method did not alter the intrinsic crystal structure of the BaTiO 3 . Moreover, it was found from the detailed analysis of the XRD patterns that the position of the (102) peak gradually shifted to the left at a small angle with temperature, suggesting that the lattice distortion occurred in their crystal structure . In order to further reveal the structure evolution of the thermal reduced samples, the XRD patterns were refined by the Rietveld refinement technique with the help of the GSAS program (Figure S1).…”
