Abstract:Partial anomalous pulmonary venous return (PAPVR) is a rare congenital malformation where the pulmonary vein partially refluxes into the venous system. Here, we present the first robotic‐assisted right S3 segmentectomy in a 70‐year‐old male with early‐stage lung cancer and PAPVR in the right upper pulmonary vein.
