Age distribution of study population Sex distribution of study populationDistribution of marital status of study population Distribution of educational status of study population Distribution of occupation status of study population Distribution of living arrangement of study population➢ Schizophrenia is a severe and debilitating disorder, which affects general health, autonomy, subjective well-being and life satisfaction. ➢ It impacts life functioning and quality of life severely. ➢ Life in urban areas in general seems to be much better than that of rural areas. ➢ Urban areas have essential facilities and materials while rural areas may have less. ➢ But there are other factors like high population densities, pollution, noises, stresses, and isolation are predominant in urban life while these are much less in rural areas.
