Abstract:AimsTo investigate the effect of preretinal tractional structures (PTS) and posterior scleral structures (PSS) on myopic traction maculopathy (MTM) progression.MethodsThis retrospective cohort study included 185 fellow highly myopic eyes of 185 participants who underwent surgery for MTM.
