Risk factors for nonadherence to warfarin: results from the IN‐RANGE study

Abstract: SUMMARYBackground-Warfarin is widely used to prevent stroke and venous thromboembolism despite its narrow therapeutic window. Warfarin nonadherence is a substantial problem, but risk factors have not been well elucidated.
