Risk identification at life cycle stages of the projects on creation of plasma-chemical elements for nonpolluting energy systems

Abstract

The main specific features of the projects related to the study, design, manufacture and implementation of the plasma-chemical elements have been stated. Different approaches to risk management of the projects are analyzed. The main disadvantages of risk management in the projects execution are determined. Important advantages in case of effective risk management in the projects related to the design and manufacture of the plasma-chemical elements are substantiated. Consistent procedures of risk identification phase are considered. Three basic levels of potential risks for the projects on creation of the plasma-chemical elements are determined. The identification of the major risks of the projects on creation of the plasma-chemical elements in terms of such life cycle phases as initiation, planning, implementation (execution) and completion is represented. The equations for determining the significance of risk estimation and the risk index for each project risk considering its impact on project objectives are provided. There are considered the possible risks of the projects on creation of the plasma-chemical elements, which are important for the stakeholders.
