Risk Identification Report and Employee Motivation - Strategy for Capacity Development in the Nigeria Energy Sector.

Abstract: The study sought to identify the positive effect of prompt report of identifiable risks and hazards in the Nigeria Energy sector by her workforce and other parties involved in Oil and Gas business.
