Abstract:Post-transcriptional regulations play a critical role in diverse biological processes, and a series of RNA-protein interactions are involved in their underlying mechanism. RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) are key participants and executors in entire life cycle of RNA, affecting the operation of biological processes and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. The RNA-binding proteome profiling therefore provides crucial information for discovering biological markers and targets of diseases. An array of RBPs capturi… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
