Abstract:The paper presents the results of surgical treatment of 14 patients with renal masses undergone partial nephrectomy on the Da Vinci Si and Da Vinci Xi robotic systems using ‘drug & cold’ ischemia. The advantages of the original technique, such as long-term safe renal ischemia, nephron sparing, minimal blood loss with no hemotransfusions and short length of hospital stay were presented.
