Abstract: BackgroundRobot-assisted pancreatoduodenectomy (RAPD) poses several challenges concerning perioperative anesthetic guidance compared to open pancreatoduodenectomy (OPD), e.g. combined pneumoperiotoneum with reversed-Trendelenburg positioning.
