Robust appearance modeling for object detection and tracking: a survey of deep learning approaches

Abstract: We review current and emerging knowledge-informed and brain-inspired cognitive systems for realizing adversarial defenses, eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), and zero-shot or few-shot learning.
