Abstract: Extensive efforts have been made to use non-invasive 1 H magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopy to quantify metabolites that are diagnostic of specific disease states. Within the realm of precision oncology, these efforts have largely centered on quantifying 2hydroxyglutarate (2-HG) in tumors harboring isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) mutations.
