ROGUE: A new coaching model to enhance understanding and clarity

Abstract:Coaching is a non-directive relationship to support clients in reaching their goals. From this perspective, coaching models often rely on the assumption that clients have clear goals, which can lead to frustration when they come to coaching without clarity.
