Role of myringotomy in patient with cleft palate

Abstract: Background: Cleft lip and palate (CLP) are among the most common congenital malformations. Patients with CLP have higher rates of health complications such as speech delays, behavioral disorders, failure to thrive, otitis media, hearing loss.
