Abstract:The development of room-temperature (RT) formaldehyde sensors is significant for indoor air quality monitoring. In this contribution, titanium (Ti)-incorporated 1T/ 2H molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) phase heterostructures were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method.
